The media room sports a granite wet bar with plenty of barware including a martini shaker and glasses, abundant wine glasses and opener, and even champagne glasses for that special celebration.

The natural gas 4 burner Ducane grill on the deck off the dining room makes your cooking effortless and is covered to protect you from the wet Oregon “sunshine”. On the back patio, a luxurious hot tub with surround sound allows you to relax in style. A tiled patio table with 2 swivel rockers and 4 chairs allow you to enjoy dining or a glass of wine outdoors. An outdoor shower let’s you clean up after your trip to the beach. Or if it’s raining sit out front on the covered porch with teak bench, chairs, and tables.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has almost everything including a Cuisinart coffeemaker with grinder, a wafflemaker and a hot water dispenser. The stainless steel 4 burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator make this a fully functional gourmet kitchen.

The main floor master has a beautiful 4 poster king bed, full dresser, nightstands, lamp, alarm clock and walk in closet. The beautiful Master bath has a double size/two showerhead shower with slate and glass block trim. Fun custom ceramic tiles adorn every bathroom in different beach themes. Double sinks, granite counters and a separate toilet room with linen shelving complete the Master suite.

The two additional bedrooms are upstairs off the media room. A bathroom with a shower/tub combo and toilet are in a separate room from the single sink vanity in between the two upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom contains a luxurious queen bedded with dresser, chair, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock and large closet.

The third bedroom includes two twin beds and one twin trundle. A night stand, lamps, alarm clock, dresser and large closet complete this room.

The media room contains a large sectional couch with a lounger and a hide-a-bed. A 52” LG flat panel TV with surround sound makes this the perfect spot for enjoying a movie on the DVD player or on the included HBO, Showtime or Cinemax channels. A small library of books, DVDs and games is provided.

The main floor living room has a comfortable couch, loveseat, and lounging chair. Additional seating pulls out from under the coffee table. The 42” LG flat panel TV with surround sound and DVD player allows viewing of your favorite sporting or movie events.

The dining table seats 8 and the barstools at the counter seat 3. Cloth placemats, napkins and the 16 place setting dinner ware, silverware and glassware set allows the whole crowd to dine in style. Child proof glasses and dishes are provided for up to 5 kids.

The lovely powder room with custom backsplash tile is convenient to the action on the first floor.

Even the full partially unfinished basement has some surprises. An air hockey table provides some quick action. The basement is dry and partially carpeted allowing more space for the kids to play on those rainy days. A front loading washer and dryer with laundry products allow you to clean up before going home. The third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is next to the laundry room.

Your small dog has a fenced area, a comfortable pillow to rest on, dishes, towels, and a portable “baby” gate if needed.

There are two beach cruiser bikes for your enjoyment in the one car garage.
